We move together, with each posture supported by breath and always with healing intention.

Yoga for Senior Schools & Teachers
Contact Rowena if you are interested in this for your school for the upcoming academic year. Currently Rowena has committed 2 full afternoons per week to Kellett International Senior School, where students aged 14-18 plus the staff & teachers benefit from 5+ weekly classes.
