Yoga for Schools

Since 2021, I have been the specialist yoga teacher for students aged 14-18 at Kellett International School, as part of their core curriculum, so I have witnessed first-hand the significant impact that yoga can have on young adults. My yoga sessions provide a safe space for teenagers and young adults to explore their challenges and develop the tools they need to thrive in their studies, at home and socially; cultivating strength, resilience, self-belief and providing a precious moment of peace.

Also, as the mother of a teenager myself, I am very well aware of the various pressures that modern society places on our teens and of how important it is to do all that we can to support them. Scroll down to learn more.

I was 14 years old when I first had sessions with Rowena. I am now 20 and still remember what she taught me and how seen she made me feel.

Back then, I struggled with panic attacks related to school exams. I distinctly remember feeling very comfortable in her presence and releasing a lot of pent-up emotions during her sessions. Thanks to the breathing techniques Rowena taught me, I was able to take my exams comfortably and have control over my anxiety for the first time.

Rowena is incredibly kind and understanding and she creates a space where you feel safe enough to pour your heart out to her.
