Join our Specialist Mysore Classes, available for 60-90 minutes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 07:45 to 09:11, and Thursdays from 10:30 to 11:15. Contact me to secure your spot; classes are intimate, with a maximum of 5 participants. Let’s move together on this empowering journey.
